Candidates to apply for jobs;
Employers to create accounts;
Employers to publish job vacancies;
Employers to search candidate profiles;
Employers to communicate with candidates through the platform's messaging system;
Recruitment agencies to use the platform;
GelStone Local Jobs to provide recruitment-related services to candidates and employers.

We do not currently provide a facility for candidates to upload CVs or resumes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that users voluntarily provide when creating or using an account and when using our services.

2.1 Information collected from candidates/job seekers

Depending on the services used, we may collect:

Full name;
Email address;
Mobile phone number;
Date of birth or age;
Gender;
Educational qualifications;
Work experience;

Account login information, including email address and password;
Job application information;
Information contained in the candidate's GelStone Local Jobs profile;

Candidates currently cannot upload CVs or resumes through GelStone Local Jobs.

We do not intentionally collect the following information as part of the normal candidate registration process:

Residential address;
City, state or country information;
Job preferences;
Expected salary;
Current salary;
Notice period;
Employment history as a separate field;
LinkedIn or other social-media links;
Aadhaar, PAN, passport or other government identification;
Bank account information;
References;
Other information not reasonably required for the services.

If the information we collect changes in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy and our notices accordingly.

3. Information Collected from Employers and Recruitment Agencies

Employers and recruitment agencies may provide information including:

Company/organization name;
Recruiter's or employer representative's name;

Phone number;
Company/business address;

Messages and communications sent through the platform;

We do not currently require company website information, company registration information, GST information, or other information that is not necessary for the services described above.

Employers may search candidate profiles through the platform.

GelStone Local Jobs does not provide employers with the ability to download candidate resumes because candidates cannot upload resumes through the platform.

6. Job Applications

Candidates may apply for jobs listed on GelStone Local Jobs.

When a candidate applies for a job, information contained in the candidate's relevant profile and application may be provided directly to the employer or recruitment organization associated with that job vacancy.

Candidates should therefore review the information contained in their profile before submitting an application.

Once information has been provided to an employer or recruitment agency, that organization may process the information for its own recruitment activities, subject to applicable law and its own privacy practices.

GelStone Local Jobs is not responsible for how an employer or recruitment agency independently processes information after receiving it, except to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Employer-Candidate Messaging

GelStone Local Jobs allows employers and candidates to communicate through the platform's messaging functionality.

Messages and related information may be processed to:

Deliver messages;
Maintain messaging functionality;

GelStone Local Jobs does not intend to collect or store users' complete bank account or card details through the normal operation of the platform.

We may receive information from payment providers necessary to confirm and record a transaction, such as transaction status, transaction reference, amount, and related payment information.
