By registering for an account, accessing, or using GelStone Local Jobs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, application, or services.
1. About GelStone Local Jobs
GelStone Local Jobs is an online employment and recruitment platform that connects job seekers, employers, and recruitment agencies.
The platform may allow:
Candidates to create accounts;
Candidates to create employment profiles;
Candidates to search for jobs;
Candidates to apply for jobs;
Employers to create accounts;
Employers to post job vacancies;
Employers to search candidate profiles;
Employers to contact candidates through the platform;
Recruitment agencies to use recruitment-related features;
Users to purchase paid recruitment or job-related services.
GelStone Local Jobs does not guarantee that a candidate will obtain employment or that an employer will successfully recruit a candidate.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering for an account.
By using GelStone Local Jobs, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading;
You are legally permitted to use employment/recruitment services;
You will comply with applicable laws;
You will use the platform only for legitimate purposes.
If you are not legally permitted to use the platform or employment-related services, you must not create an account.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require registration.
Users may create an account using an email address and password.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

4.1 Candidate Profiles
Candidates may create profiles containing information such as:

Email;
Mobile number;
Age/date of birth;
Gender;
Education and qualifications;
Work experience;
Publications;
Other information requested through available profile fields.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that the information in their profiles is accurate and up to date.
GelStone Local Jobs does not currently provide a facility for candidates to upload CVs or resumes.
4.2 Candidate Profile Visibility
Candidates understand that GelStone Local Jobs is a recruitment platform and that employers and recruitment agencies may be able to search candidate profiles through the platform.
Candidates should therefore consider carefully what information they provide in their profile.
Candidates should not include passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary confidential information in their profile.
4.3 Applying for Jobs
Candidates may apply for jobs listed on the platform.
When a candidate applies for a job, relevant information from the candidate's profile/application may be provided directly to the employer or recruitment organization associated with the vacancy.
GelStone Local Jobs does not guarantee:
An interview;
Selection;
Employment;
A particular salary;
A particular position;
Any specific response from an employer.
The decision to interview, select, employ, reject, or otherwise communicate with a candidate belongs to the relevant employer or recruitment organization.
5. Employer Terms
5.1 Employer Accounts
Employers and recruitment agencies may create accounts to use recruitment-related services.
Employers must provide accurate and lawful information about themselves and their organization.
An employer must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or organization.
5.2 Job Postings
Employers may post job vacancies subject to these Terms.
Job postings should contain accurate and relevant information, including where applicable:
Job title;
Job description;
Required qualifications;
Required skills;
Job responsibilities;
Salary or compensation information;
Relevant employment conditions;
Application information.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings.
5.3 Prohibited Job Postings
Employers and recruitment agencies must not post vacancies that:
Are fraudulent or misleading;
Do not represent a genuine employment opportunity;
Request unlawful payments from candidates;
Involve illegal activities;
Contain discriminatory requirements prohibited by applicable law;
Misrepresent salary, job duties, employer identity, or employment conditions;
Collect unnecessary sensitive personal information;
Attempt to obtain passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or government identification information without lawful necessity;
Promote scams, pyramid schemes, unlawful investment schemes, or similar activities;
Violate applicable law;
Infringe another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.
GelStone Local Jobs may remove or reject job postings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Recruitment Agencies
Recruitment agencies may use GelStone Local Jobs for legitimate recruitment activities.
Recruitment agencies are responsible for:
Providing accurate information;
Using candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
Complying with applicable employment and data-protection laws;
Not misleading candidates;
Not misrepresenting employers or vacancies;
Not abusing the platform's messaging system;
Not selling or unlawfully distributing candidate information.
We may restrict or terminate an agency's access if it violates these Terms.
7. Employer-Candidate Messaging
GelStone Local Jobs may provide an internal messaging system through which employers and candidates can communicate.
Users must use messaging only for legitimate employment and recruitment-related purposes.
Users must not use messaging to:
Harass or threaten another user;
Send spam;
Send fraudulent offers;
Request passwords or OTPs;
Request unnecessary banking information;
Distribute malware or malicious links;
Promote illegal activities;
Send sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful material;
Abuse or discriminate against another user.
We may investigate reports of misuse and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating accounts.
8. Paid Services
GelStone Local Jobs provides certain paid services to both candidates/job seekers and employers.
Paid services may include recruitment services, job-posting services, and other services that we may introduce in the future.
Before purchasing a paid service, users should review the applicable price, service description, duration, and other applicable conditions presented at the time of purchase.
Prices may be changed from time to time.
Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other charges will be displayed where applicable.
9. Employer Job-Posting Fees
Employers may be required to pay a fee to publish certain job vacancies or access certain employer services.
The applicable price will be displayed before payment.
A job posting may become available after successful payment and completion of any applicable review or approval process.
Payment does not guarantee:
A particular number of applicants;
Candidate selection;
Candidate quality;
Hiring;
Interview results;
Any particular recruitment outcome.
GelStone Local Jobs may reject or remove a job posting that violates these Terms or applicable law.
10. Candidate Fees and Recruitment Services
Candidates may be charged for certain recruitment-related services offered by GelStone Local Jobs.
The specific service, applicable fee, and conditions will be presented before purchase.
Payment for a recruitment service does not guarantee:
Employment;
Selection;
Interview;
A job offer;
A particular salary;
Employment with a particular employer.
Recruitment outcomes depend on employers, available vacancies, candidate qualifications, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
We do not normally store users' complete card or banking credentials on our own systems.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.
Users must provide accurate payment information and must not use another person's payment method without authorization.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments for successfully delivered digital or recruitment-related services may be non-refundable.
However, GelStone Local Jobs may consider refund requests in circumstances such as:
Duplicate payment;
Technical failure resulting in payment without delivery of the purchased service;
Payment made in error;
Service cancellation by GelStone Local Jobs;
Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law.

An employer will successfully fill a vacancy;
A recruitment service will produce a particular result;
Any job will remain available for a particular period.
Employment decisions are made by employers and candidates.
14. Employer Responsibility
Employers are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of their job postings;
Their hiring decisions;
Employment contracts;
Salary and benefits;
Working conditions;
Compliance with employment laws;
Candidate communications;
Background checks they conduct;
Their treatment of candidates;
Their use of candidate information.
GelStone Local Jobs is not the employer of candidates who obtain employment through the platform unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
15. Candidate Responsibility
Candidates are responsible for:
Providing truthful information;
Keeping profile information accurate;
Applying only for positions they are genuinely interested in;
Protecting their account;
Conducting appropriate checks before accepting an employment opportunity;
Not providing unnecessary confidential information to other users.
Candidates should independently verify an employer, recruitment agency, job offer, salary, workplace, and other important employment details before accepting an offer or making any payment.
16. Fraud and Scam Prevention
GelStone Local Jobs may take reasonable measures to identify and restrict fraudulent accounts, job postings, or activities.
However, we cannot guarantee that every fraudulent or misleading activity will be detected before it occurs.
Users should be cautious of requests for:
OTPs;
Passwords;
Banking credentials;
Unnecessary government identification;
Unusual payments;
Personal financial information;
Payments made outside legitimate platform arrangements.

24. Disclaimer
GelStone Local Jobs provides an employment and recruitment platform and related services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information supplied by users.
Job descriptions, candidate profiles, employer information, salary information, and other user-generated information may be submitted by third parties.
Users should independently verify important information before making employment, financial, or other significant decisions.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GelStone Local Jobs and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from:
Use or inability to use the platform;
Employment decisions;
Rejection of applications;
Employer-candidate disputes;
False or misleading information submitted by users;
Fraud committed by third parties;
